About the role

This position supports Treasury Sales Officers, Implementation Advisors, and Treasury Services Specialists with the on-boarding of new Large Corporate and Commercial clients implementing complex Treasury Services products within the US and Canada. The individual must have broad and in-depth knowledge of various payments, receipts, reporting services, and data transmission protocols to consult with clients, explain available options, and gather requirements for implementing those services.

As the primary contact for all technical aspects of these implementations, this role acts as the client advocate to product teams, building trust and ensuring the bank delivers an excellent client experience during technically complex implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to explain Treasury Services product options and gather implementation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during the implementation of payments, receipts, and reporting services.
  • Advocate for clients within internal product teams to ensure successful delivery of complex implementations.
  • Analyze and interpret file specifications and requirement documents.
  • Visually inspect data files against specification documents to ensure accurate formatting.
  • Manage competing demands and deliver clear requirements to both clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts, and Information Reporting products.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Knowledge of data transmissions and connectivity such as HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, and SWIFT.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard file formats such as NACHA, EDI, and XML.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  • Creative problem-solving approach with attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture view.
  • Ability to read, understand, and explain file specifications and requirement documents.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar client-facing role.

Desired Skills

  • Client implementation experience with Treasury Products.
  • Prior experience managing technology projects at Bank of America.
  • Prior experience as a software developer, business analyst, or product manager.

Schedule

1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
