Consultant, Audit Remediation Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
About the role
As a Project Consultant on the project, you will support project teams in the assessment, design, and execution of business and operating model initiatives. This includes conducting research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify issues, trends, and opportunities, as well as developing presentations, process documentation, reports, and other client deliverables.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with workstream planning, status tracking, and coordination across project activities, contributing to problem-solving sessions, and helping translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. An Active Secret security clearance is also required.
Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience supporting audit, audit readiness, internal controls, financial management, or compliance-related activities, as well as 1+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas:
- Working with FIAR Guidance, OMB Circular A-123, and GAO Green Book
- Managing, organizing, and tracking audit documentation, requests, and responses
- Using SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Candidates must also be able to work on-site in Prince George County, MD up to 5 days per week.
Pay
The wage range for this role is estimated to be $69,600 to $121,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
