Consult-Liaison Psychiatry/Staff Psychiatrist (ARRMC Behavioral Health)

Position Summary

Provides psychiatric care for patients within Mental Health Services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team.

Experience Position Qualifications

• Clinical experience in hospital and community psychiatry in residency program required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hospital and community psychiatry is preferred
• New graduates will be considered

Education

• Graduate of an approved medical school
• Completion of residency training in Psychiatry
• Completion of residency training in psychiatry and board eligible

Certification/Licensure

• MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME)
• Board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry
• BLS: Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
