Pay: $48,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site supervisor of all construction trade programs and instructors
• Coordinate with national training contractors
• Administer construction trades' projects in compliance with government and management directives and federal, state, and local regulations
• Ensure all required budget and project progress reports are compiled and filed in accordance with Department of Labor requirements
• Assist with the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting career technical training
• Coordinate approved activities, plans, and projects with national training contractor (NTC) instructors and coordinators
• Evaluate and develop curricula, instructional materials, methods, and techniques
• Ensure all CTST reporting forms required are compiled and filed in accordance with DOL requirements; ensure adherence to center's CTST plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in vocational training or associated field and three years related technical experience preferred (directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements)
• One year recent supervisory experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
