Pay

The ideal candidate will earn a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, with a 401(k) plan that includes company matching.

Schedule

This role requires regular travel to multiple construction job sites, based in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large, complex construction projects, with a strong background in Mechanical and Plumbing construction. Data center construction experience is preferred, and the candidate should have proven ability to evaluate craft skill levels, leadership potential, and job readiness. Strong organizational skills and sound decision-making abilities are also essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred, and the candidate must demonstrate a commitment to jobsite safety, quality, and productivity.

Skills

• Strong understanding of workforce planning and labor forecasting
• Ability to translate project schedules into labor demand plans by trade and skill level
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry organizations
• Ability to identify workforce gaps and develop recruiting strategies
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
