Construction Trades Assistant
Job Description
The Construction Trades Assistant position at Kotarides Companies is available for full-time employment. Kotarides manages a portfolio of over 4,500 apartments and is involved in the entire process from planning and building to property management. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn construction trade principles, methods, tools, and equipment.
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience
- Rough/finish carpentry and cabinet installation
- Drywall finishing / repair and interior/exterior painting
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work
- Knowledge of arithmetic, basic geometry, and their applications to construction trades
- Attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness
- Ability to work at elevated heights
