About the role
Wood is currently seeking a Construction Tech for their Pronghorn Operating project in the Powder River Basin area between Gillette, Wyoming and Buffalo, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Backhoe and Skid Steer.
- Spot for operators and others as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and trailers.
- Perform safety inspections and comply with company safety rules.
- Perform other duties to be determined.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must have general knowledge of equipment and trailers.
- Must have a Class A CDL license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
- Knowledge of poly pipe fusing is helpful but will train.
- Able to weld and run a cutting torch.
- Able to spot for operator using a shovel and probe.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
