Construction Survey CAD TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Survey CAD Technician to join a growing surveying and engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of surveying projects while developing technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Compute and prepare various types of surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.Develop staking files for field crews using CAD software.Process mapping, scanning, and survey data to create accurate deliverables.Collaborate with project managers and survey professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.Maintain organized project files and documentation.Perform quality control reviews to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Qualifications Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience using CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar software preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Ability to learn new technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
