Construction Survey CAD Tech

Responsibilities

• Compute and prepare various types of surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Develop staking files for field crews using CAD software.
• Process mapping, scanning, and survey data to create accurate deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and survey professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Perform quality control reviews to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience using CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn new technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
