About the role
Conduct construction surveillance in OCONUS locations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction sites for adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
- Document observations and report any non-compliance issues to supervisors.
- Ensure all personnel are following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.
Skills
- Proficient in using construction safety equipment.
- Experience with site inspection tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
