Coordinate Field Activities
- Work with construction contractor
- Navy client customers
- Activity managers
- Maintenance and utility servers
- Federal Fire departments
- Security Police
Attend Meetings
- Safety Meetings
- Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Meetings
- Partnering Meetings
Develop Quality Assurance Plans
- Collaborate with FEAD/ROICC and other personnel
Prepare Reports
- Construction Representative’s Reports (CRRs)
- Monitor compliance with safety requirements
- Monitor compliance with environmental protection requirements
- Review Daily Contractor Quality Control (CQC) and Contractor Production Reports
- Maintain Submittal Register
Technical Review of Submittals
- Construction Photographic Services
Use eCMS
- Manage electronic submittals and documents
Required Education And Experience
- Minimum of 5 years as QC Manager or Superintendent on NAVFAC or USACE projects
- OR 10 years as Foreman in relevant trades
- Specialized training or equivalent course completion
- Knowledge of safety practices and USACE/OSHA requirements
- Valid driver's license
