Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day residential roofing and exterior remodeling jobsite operations.
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors for safety and productivity.
• Review project plans, scopes, and materials to ensure accurate installation.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout projects and at completion.
• Serve as on‑site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conducting toolbox talks as needed.
• Schedule labor, material deliveries, and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Document project progress, changes, and issues for internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to resolve field issues.
• Train and mentor crew members on installation best practices and company standards.
