Responsibilities

  • Meticulously monitor the construction process to ensure timely completion that adheres to specifications.
  • Coordinate construction schedules and maintain clear communication with project management.
  • Address any conflicts that arise and conduct final inspections of construction projects to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence and integrity.
  • Drive results and ensure client satisfaction by driving the success of our roofing and siding projects.
  • Manage all aspects of roofing projects from planning and execution to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and within budget.
  • Conduct project meetings with clients & subcontractors, developing a strong rapport with each group.
  • Supervise and oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly identify, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
  • Cookordination the efforts of subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure all roofing work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Address any quality issues that arise during the roofing process and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and present regular project update reports and status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations as well as company policies and procedures related to roofing work.
  • Promote a culture of safety among all team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing systems
  • Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Experience managing exterior construction projects, including roofing and siding, on multi-family and other commercial buildings
  • Proven ability to drive project results and ensure client satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills to facilitate smooth coordination among clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Site supervision skills to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Familiarity with project management software to enhance efficiency in managing schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Commitment to quality assurance to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and company policies and procedures related to roofing work
  • Ability to promote a culture of safety among team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions
