About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects across various locations. Key responsibilities include site inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Inspect sites for safety and adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement safety protocols
- Communicate project progress and issues to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
