Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines
- Manage and motivate construction teams
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
- Coordinate with project managers and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
