What You’ll DoAs a Construction Superintendent - Commercial Tenant Improvements, you’ll lead the day-to-day field execution of commercial TI projects throughout the Denver Metro area. These are fast-moving projects that require strong trade coordination, schedule management, attention to quality, and excellent communication with clients and the project team. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial tenant improvement projectsCoordinate subcontractors and trades to keep projects moving and on scheduleConduct daily site walk-throughs and proactively identify and resolve field issuesHold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and jobsite expectationsCommunicate effectively with clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other project partnersParticipate in OAC meetings and provide clear, timely project updatesRead and interpret construction plans and specificationsMaintain high standards for jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality, and professionalismTake ownership of problems and drive them through resolutionBring solutions—not just problems—when challenges arise What You Bring5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience, with strong commercial TI experience preferredStrong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field executionExperience coordinating and holding multiple trades accountableStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsCalm, organized, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environmentProcore experience strongly preferredGround-up commercial construction experience is a strong plusStrong ownership mentality and commitment to quality and client service Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80,000–$95,000, based on experiencePTO + paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchAnnual bonusCompany vehicle and phone provided Apply NowIf you’re an experienced commercial Superintendent who takes ownership of the jobsite, knows how to keep trades and schedules moving, and takes pride in delivering quality work and a great client experience, we’d like to meet you.
