About the role

A Lead Construction Superintendent position on $10M+ retail and office projects around North, Central Jersey. Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of ground up construction experience
• Experience with commercial construction projects valued $10M+
• Experience working in North/Central Jersey area

Qualifications

• Construction field supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
