Construction Superintendent (Commercial/Industrial) - to $135k

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and Educational facility projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million. The company has a 110‑year legacy of ground‑up construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground‑up construction projects from start to completion.
• Oversee commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, and educational builds.
• Coordinate frequent travel throughout the DMV region (Northern VA, Washington DC, and west of DC).
• Provide strong leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up/new construction projects.
• Background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, educational, or similar facilities.
• Based near the DMV area (Northern VA, Washington DC, or west of DC) with ability to travel frequently.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
