Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure project is started and completed on time.
- Be able to read and understand job scopes, schedules, plans, etc.
- Quality control.
- Assure safety (i.e. PPE/hard hats/vests are worn on job site, sign in sheets are completed, etc.).
- Maintain Site security including badging, secure site daily, etc.
- Oversee scope of work is being followed per contracts for all Subcontractors.
- Schedule Subcontractors.
- Have consistent knowledge of job schedule.
- Complete Daily reports and email updates.
- Call and coordinate with Blue Stake.
- Schedule testing and inspections.
- Communicate with Clients, Project Team, and Subcontractors.
- Take initiative on project.
- Maintain and have problem solving skills.
- Maintain clean job site.
- Be aware of OSHA regulations and maintain regulations onsite.
- Maintain As-Builts and all necessary field related closeout documents.
- Notify Project Manager of any scope changes and/or cost impacts from subcontractors or any delays due to weather or other circumstances.
- Track time and material tickets.
- Notify Project Manager of RFI's.
- Hold weekly job site safety meetings.
- Attend kick off meetings, job walks, or preconstruction meetings.
Requirements
Off-Hour and weekend work will be required from time to time.

- Understand all aspects of each assigned job to maintain the company's on-site reputation.
- Understand and enforce the company's work ethic on the job site regarding all Vendors and Subcontractors.
- Have and maintain problem solving skills.
- Maintain clean job site.
- Be aware of OSHA regulations and maintain regulations onsite.
- Maintain As-Builts and all necessary field related closeout documents.
- Notify Project Manager of any scope changes and/or cost impacts from subcontractors or any delays due to weather or other circumstances.
