About the Role
You will serve as a pivotal field leader, managing high-stakes federal projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million. This role empowers you to uphold rigorous quality and safety standards for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that prioritizes mission-driven service.
Responsibilities
- Direct all daily field operations for prime federal contracts to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards required by USACE and OSHA.
- Coordinate complex logistics and subcontractor schedules to maintain high-efficiency project delivery.
- Maintain precise digital documentation using MS Office and specialized construction management software.
- Resolve technical on-site issues immediately to prevent delays in government project timelines.
- Mentor junior staff through the proprietary Center for Excellence to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising projects for a Prime Federal Contractor.
- Recent OSHA 30-hour certification (within the last 5 years).
- Current U.S.A.C.E. Construction Quality Control for Contractors certification.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and construction-related software.
- Proven history of managing project values between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring field teams and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Advanced technical knowledge of federal building codes and specialized government installations.
Pay
$90,000 to $124,000 per year (based on experience).
