Construction Superintendent
About the role
We are supporting the search for a Construction Superintendent who will oversee daily field operations and help drive safe, high-quality project delivery. This opportunity offers the chance to coordinate crews, manage site activity, and keep work progressing in line with schedules, specifications, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day field operations and construction activities.
- Supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field personnel to support work that aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct daily site inspections, monitor quality and progress, and enforce safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Track schedules, coordinate deliveries and resources, maintain documentation, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience in commercial, industrial, or a relevant sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification, or the ability to obtain it.
- Prominent leadership and team management skills, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
