Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and implement quality control measures in accordance with industry standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance, including scheduling, deliverables, and adherence to contractual terms.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with OSHA regulations and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily logs, progress reports, and quality assurance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Superintendent, or Site Manager in commercial or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams of 20+ workers and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools.
