Role: Construction SuperintendentLocation: On-siteJob Type: ContractPayout: $90,000–$124,000/yr Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Construction Superintendent/SSHO/QCM to oversee on-site construction operations. This role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. The position reports to project leadership and coordinates with subcontractors and inspectors. Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.• Enforce safety protocols and implement quality control measures in accordance with industry standards.• Manage subcontractor performance, including scheduling, deliverables, and adherence to contractual terms.• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with OSHA regulations and project requirements.• Maintain accurate documentation of daily logs, progress reports, and quality assurance records. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Superintendent, or Site Manager in commercial or industrial projects.• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and quality control methodologies.• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.• Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams of 20+ workers and subcontractors.• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools.
