Responsibilities

• Bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites.
• Work with general contractors and effectively manage resources to lead your team to success.
• Lead a union represented workforce with 5+ years of relevant construction expertise and supervisory experience.
• Use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Leverage new technologies to enhance your team’s performance.

Requirements

• Familiarity and comfort in leading a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors in vicinity.
• Implementing and monitoring safety guidelines as a top priority for you and your team.
• Taking pride in providing learning opportunities for your team.
• Able to manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance.
• Able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• An appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction expertise and supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $109,600 – $143,850. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
