Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
• Understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule
