About the role
The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar systems.
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
- Understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule
