Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all field operations for construction projects.
• Cordination of subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintenance and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Leadership and management of projects valued between $10M-$15M.
• Management of multiple subcontractors and complex project schedules.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Essential Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience leading projects valued between $10M-$15M.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site full-time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ground-up commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, or public-sector projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
