Construction Staking and Layout Technician - Earthwork

About the role

Bayshore Construction Company is a multi-faceted company with the ability to provide our clients services on their projects from demo up to framing. We specialize in demolition, excavation, utility work, concrete foundation, structural slabs and architectural concrete. We perform Residential, Commercial and Public Works Projects in the Puget Sound Area, including Pierce, King, Snohomish and Island Counties. Bayshore Construction Company is dedicated to ensuring our customers’ projects are built exactly as envisioned, budgeted and planned for.

Responsibilities

• Setting up base station and rover for GPS construction staking.
• GPS machine control knowledge.
• Construction staking of grades, utilities, foundations, curbs, sidewalks, etc.
• Work with modeler to coordinate work.

Requirements

• Ability to read civil, architectural, and structural plans.
• Ability to perform physical work.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Punctual and self-starter.
