Construction Layout Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction layouts using specialized software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure layout accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Review and update construction drawings based on changes in project scope or site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are ordered correctly and arrive on time.
• Prepare and present detailed construction layouts to stakeholders for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction layout or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar construction software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
