Key Responsibilities
- Create and update project electrical construction schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), considering activities, sequencing, resources, and constraints
- Establish accurate project timelines for construction activities, accounting for dependencies and critical paths
- Cook up efficient resource allocation, conflict resolution, and delay minimization with Project Operations, Field Operations, and other stakeholders
- Maintain project progress by collecting and analyzing data, identifying schedule deviations, risks, and opportunities for efficiency
- Generate regular reports, presentations, and updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming activities for stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction scheduling through continuous professional development
- Establish new processes, improve existing methods, and define best practices for the Scheduling team
- Train, mentor, and assist junior schedulers on a regular basis
Requirements
- At least 5 years of construction project scheduling experience or at least 8 years of electrical construction experience
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in construction scheduling software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
