Construction Senior Project Manager - Ground Up Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run projects from start to finish for ground-up multifamily residential builds in Manhattan and the Bronx.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for ground-up multi-family projects ranging from $120–500 million
• Oversee residential high-rise construction from inception through completion

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager running projects from start to finish
• Ground-up multifamily residential construction experience
• Lump sum project experience
• NYC project experience preferred
• Procore and Bluebeam software experience highly preferred

Pay

$150,000–$230,000 per year
