Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the workload distribution and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress.
- Cookordination with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain calendar for project implementation to completion.
- Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct or report to Project Management.
- Provide to the Project Manager all needed elements to issue Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- MUST have 2+ years expereince with Primavera P6
- MUST have scheduling expereince within COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
- Self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- Proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Must have the ability to learn Company project management systems.
