Construction Scaffolding Labor TX - Professional Sporting events

Daily Routine

• Scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
• Work alongside crews of up to 5 employees traveling together from job to job.
• Full-time, consistent, year-round work schedule.
• Routine overnight travel, potentially away from home for 90+ days at a time.
• Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction.

Work Environment

• Generally outdoors, working in the sun and fresh air.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and dismantle scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
• Avoid unsafe conditions and follow safety protocols.
• Inspect scaffold components before assembly and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
• No fear of heights.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Read and understand basic safety instructions.
• Background in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
