Construction Scaffolding Labor TX - Professional Sporting events

About the role

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, you will work on scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks. You will be part of a small crew (up to 5 employees) that travels together from job to job, ensuring consistent, year-round work. The role involves outdoor work, frequent overnight travel (up to 90+ days at a time), and provided travel accommodations, including shared hotel lodging with kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and break down scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails
• Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment according to project plans
• Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles
• Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including wearing safety equipment
• Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting/dismantling scaffolds
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift
• Ensure client satisfaction regarding service quality and project timelines
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver’s license preferred with a good driving record
• Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve company goals
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Preferred backgrounds: Scaffolding, Carpentry, Construction, Laboring, or Events
• Capable of working overtime
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
