We're looking for an exceptional Construction Safety Manager | Safety Coach who leads with credibility in the field, not paperwork from behind a desk. This is the opportunity to own and build Ernst Brothers' first dedicated safety function from the ground up, and to shape what safety looks like here for years to come.

Responsibilities
- Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems, from the ground up.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
- Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety part of daily operations, not an afterthought.
