Construction Safety Internship - Spring 2027

About the role

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Spring 2027 term (January – April). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily walk-throughs of safety audits on large construction sites and help ensure compliance with government rules and regulations
• Assist in the completion of audits or daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations, issues, etc.
• Help create, maintain, and update documentation and forms
• Assist with training and onboarding new Safety Professionals as needed
• Collaborate with the Safety team on training programs and initiatives to grow safety culture onsite
• Create and distribute site-specific Toolbox Talks
• Help to organize PPE in multiple locations onsite
• Assist with creating safety reports for multiple projects

Education

You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Construction Safety or a related field.
