About the role

We're hiring for our Construction & Repairs crew. This is a hands-on role installing, repairing, and rebuilding septic systems in and around Apache Junction. The work is physical, outdoors, and dirty. If you take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and rebuild septic systems and components
• Operate hand tools and assist with equipment on-site
• Arrive on time to every job ready to work
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers on-site
• Complete accurate job paperwork for every stop
• Maintain a clean job site and report equipment issues

Requirements

• Valid AZ driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 5-year MVR required
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in Arizona heat
• Live in or near Apache Junction, AZ

No experience? No problem — we provide on-the-job training. Equipment experience is a bonus but not required.

Pay

Starting at $20/hour based on experience with strong opportunity for growth. Paid weekly. Overtime paid correctly.
