Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
- Screens resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, following company policies and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in construction recruitment, preferably in the industrial and design-build sectors
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology, crafts, trades, and job roles
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for construction projects
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
