Construction / Real Estate / Complex Litigation Attorney - Irvine

Position Highlights

• California licensed with 3+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
• Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career
• Candidates with construction defect and/or construction and real estate law experience are desired

Requirements

• Ready to take on responsibility, independently handling cases while tackling complex issues
• Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial

Pay range: $130,000-175,000 per year (depends on experience)
