Construction/Real Estate Attorney
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction-related contracts across all project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, EPC)
- Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
- Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation
West Virginia: $160,00-$210,000
Kentucky: $180,000-$230,000
Indiana, Ohio, Pittsburgh: $190,000-$240,000
New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware: $200,000-$250,000
California, Colorado, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, D.C.: $215,000-$265,000
Schedule
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
