Construction Quality Control Technician

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician to support telecommunications construction projects in Terrell, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and industry standards while working closely with field crews and engineers.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and test fiber and cable installations
• Document inspection results and identify quality issues
• Ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and company standards
• Support process improvements and train crews on QC expectations

Qualifications

• Telecom QC or construction experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 80–100 lbs
• Located within approximately 60 miles of the job site (preferred)
