The Construction Quality Control Manager / Site Safety and Health Officer is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and safety on construction sites. This role involves overseeing the implementation of quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and enforcing safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for site personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality and safety issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on quality control and safety performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality control and safety management.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
