• Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the quality control and safety programs for all construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve all submittals and ensure they comply with contract documents.
  • Utilize BlueBeam, LEED, Procore and other project management software to maintain project schedule and monitor progress.
  • Evaluate construction means and methods to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Cookordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Prepare and present quality control reports and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within the team and on the job site.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the construction industry to improve quality control processes.
• Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial general contracting experience.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, construction inspections, and submittal management.
  • Proficiency in BlueBeam, LEED, Procore, and other project management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in LEED, OSHA, or other relevant areas preferred.
