About the role
AMLI Development Company has an opening for a Construction Punch for pre-closing punch work at one of our new construction developments in Denver. Candidates must have the necessary skills and tools to perform all different aspects of the construction phase.
Responsibilities
- Light finish carpentry
- Adjustment of cabinet doors
- Adjustment of interior/exterior doors
- Drywall repair
- Tile repair
- Caulking
- Window adjustments and replacement
- Painting
Requirements
- Maintenance and Repair experience
- Previous experience in construction is a plus
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay
$25 an hour
