About the role
GTI is expanding and seeks a Construction Project Specialist to support its Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) construction program. Key responsibilities include coordinating state touchbase meetings, tracking project data, and ensuring efficient information flow.
Responsibilities
- Weekly State Touchbase Coordination: Schedule and facilitate weekly state touchbase calls, coordinate Project Managers' attendance, and drive agenda creation.
- Tracker Maintenance & Reporting: Update the construction project tracker post-calls, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure state-level outputs align with vertical meetings.
- Administrative & Process Support: Manage meeting calendars, track action items, flag overdue tasks, and support onboarding of new vertical PMs.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different sites and time zones.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear meeting minutes, status reports, and executive-ready updates.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain consistent follow-through with minimal supervision.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or facilities management environments, and familiarity with stage gate project management frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience in cannabis, CPG, or regulated industries.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry.
