Job Summary

The Project Scheduler supports projects with schedule tracking, development, and mitigation of schedule risk.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, and using computers.
  • A two-year technical or business degree or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a project scheduling role.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed.
  • Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ongoing schedule tracking and labor projections for multiple projects, using standardized company workbooks.
  • Development of large project and specific area micro schedules with Microsoft Project or P6.
  • Resource load project schedule with labor hours.
  • Regular updates and maintenance of project schedules, labor analysis tools, and actual hours worked.
  • Work with the construction team to coordinate schedule updates for each project.
  • Perform development of impact and multiple scenarios schedule.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
