Job Summary
The Project Scheduler supports projects with schedule tracking, development, and mitigation of schedule risk.
Minimum Qualifications
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, and using computers.
- A two-year technical or business degree or related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a project scheduling role.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed.
- Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide ongoing schedule tracking and labor projections for multiple projects, using standardized company workbooks.
- Development of large project and specific area micro schedules with Microsoft Project or P6.
- Resource load project schedule with labor hours.
- Regular updates and maintenance of project schedules, labor analysis tools, and actual hours worked.
- Work with the construction team to coordinate schedule updates for each project.
- Perform development of impact and multiple scenarios schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
