About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects across the United States. This role will partner closely with Pre-Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to maintain project schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and drive on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for EV charging infrastructure deployments, expansions, and retrofit initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication across Construction, Pre-Construction, Engineering, Operations, and third-party partners.
  • Track and report program KPIs, schedule performance, milestones, and project health metrics.
  • Drive accountability among project stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Assist leadership in evaluating project trade-offs related to schedule, budget, quality, and customer impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project, program, or construction scheduling experience
  • Experience supporting commercial construction, infrastructure, utility, telecommunications, renewable energy, EV charging, or similar large-scale deployment projects
  • Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases
  • Proven experience managing schedules across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution
  • Experience tracking project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with project scheduling and project management tools

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting EV charging, energy infrastructure, utility, renewable energy, or large-scale network deployment programs
  • Experience working within PMO or construction program management environments
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting, dashboard creation, and schedule performance analysis
  • Experience managing geographically distributed project portfolios

Pay and Schedule

This is a 12-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension. The role is remote but requires the candidate to be located in the Central U.S. (CST Time Zone States) with approximately 4 trips per year.
