Construction Project Sales Manager - Field/Remote Based - Reno, Nevada

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD's involvement in major North American construction projects from planning to closeout
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors
• Promote and implement value-added products and services for project efficiency
• Oversee contributions at all construction phases and ensure timely product delivery
• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with project milestones
• Identify new opportunities to streamline procedures and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide updates on metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering)
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or related field
• Preferred: OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications
• Proven construction project management experience
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience in aligning a team to strategic plans and accountability
• Skilled in effective collaboration with internal teams
• Thorough knowledge of budget management for your region
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone use
