Construction Project Sales Manager - Field/Remote Based - Boise, Idaho

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from planning to completion
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors
• Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and customize solutions for projects
• Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases, ensuring timely product delivery
• Develop and execute project engagement plans aligning SBD resources to milestones
• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline procedures
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide updates to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering)
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Preferred: OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications
• Proven construction project management experience
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes
• Skilled in budget management and team alignment to strategic goals
