This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement in major construction projects across North America from pre-construction to closeout
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Promote SBD's value-added products and solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee internal coordination to ensure on-time product delivery and issue resolution
  • Create detailed engagement plans aligning SBD's resources to project schedules
  • Identify opportunities for SBD to add value and improve customer satisfaction throughout project timelines
  • Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on metrics to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Management or Engineering discipline favored
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred for safety compliance
  • Demonstrated construction project management experience is an asset
  • Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
  • Proficient in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, SAP, and mobile technology

Pay

$105,000 – $169,100 annually
