- Manage job postings and update listings in real-time
- Communicate with candidates through various channels
- Maintain and update employer profiles
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from employers and candidates
- Monitor and moderate discussions in community forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
