Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Maintain project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of construction industry experience
• Must have GC experience
• Experience managing projects from $15M-$40M in value
• General estimating knowledge
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Able to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs
