Requirements
- 15 years of full-time professional construction experience, with at least 5 years of full responsibility for complex projects valued at $20M or more
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or CM (OR 20+ years of experience and a CCM credential)
- Deep experience with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes and public works requirements
- The ability to negotiate with contractors from a position of knowledge—knowing what the work should cost and how long it should take
- Safety-first mindset with an OSHA 30 certification
